Organ details
History
As early as 1773, there was an organ in the Archpriestal Church of Arcade, built by Gaetano Callido.
Nothing is known about the organ-related events of this church in the following years until 1912/1913, when an instrument was built by the organ-building firm “Giovanni Tamburini” of Crema (CR), which was later destroyed during the First World War of 1915–1918. The current instrument was again built by the “Giovanni Tamburini” company in 1934.
Placed behind the high altar, set back from the wall, without a sound box, with the façade unusually facing the back of the apse and the console separated from the sound body, it consists of two keyboards of 61 keys and 21 real stops.
The façade is in a “cusp” shape with lateral wings and is composed of 33 pipes.
